What’s up, Boss Squad?! We’re wrapping up hip hop history month 2022, and July 2023 can’t come fast enough for celebrations. But, there are still things for you to do in the meantime.

HISTORY

In these last few days of the month, make time to get a few friends together and visit the Chicago Hip Hop Heritage Museum at 4505 S. Indiana, in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood.

CULTURE

Are you a musician or hip-hop fan? You don’t want to miss the upcoming Careers with Hip-Hop 2022 workshops on August 6th and 20th.

During the lectures, guests will learn how game changers stay ahead in the industry.
The first lecture is on August 6th at Carter G. Woodson Library, 9225 S. Halsted St.
The event will be in the main auditorium from 1 pm to 4:00 pm.
The second lecture is on August 20th at Bessie Coleman Library, 753 E. 63rd St. (Cottage Grove). The event will start from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Bring a friend and attend both lectures.
