Are you struggling to achieve success? Let’s look at what might be hindering you from achieving your goals. Ask yourself what you value and what you’re hoping to achieve. If you can’t agree on these two, you’ll have difficulty making progress in your life.

We want to help you achieve success. You can start today by setting goals that agree with your values.

What are you trying to achieve?
– Do you want to write a screenplay? How about launching a podcast? Do you want to start a new business venture? Start by creating an outline of what you’ll need to achieve success.
What’s your mindset?
– What are your thoughts? Do you prefer to watch Netflix movies for hours instead of spending an hour re-writing a business plan? Be honest with yourself. What mistakes have you made along the way? What can you do today to do better?

Take inventory of your values
– Set aside 30 minutes today and write down what you value. This list will include what is most important to you. Does your behavior align with your current values? If not, how can you improve?
Building new values to achieve goals
– Take a moment to picture the best version of yourself. Unpack the qualities and values that are a part of that version. Consider what qualities you might still lack. Then, ask yourself how you can obtain those values.
Execution
– Ask yourself what you can do today to start making progress. Reflect on your current routines and ask yourself what could stand to be improved. If possible, keep track of your progress each week.
Remember that forming new habits, especially healthy ones, can take time. If you need help from family or friends, talk to someone that can help hold you accountable so you don’t feel overwhelmed as you work towards your goals.
