Now is the time of year when we harvest. The time to pull in all we’ve sewn and prepare for the last few months of the year. Try this tasty pumpkin spice power up, and get into the mood for a bountiful harvest!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen & riced cauliflower
¾ cup pumpkin puree
⅓ cup unsweetened greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 serving vanilla protein powder (or pumpkin spice protein powder)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

  • Whipped cream or coconut cream
  • Pumpkin pie spice

METHOD

Add all of your ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth

NOTES

  • For nut-free, use sunflower seed butter.
  • For vegan, use plant-based yogurt and protein powder.
