To celebrate Veterans Day, we want to honor the brave men and women who served this country. We wanted to share this upcoming SCORE event with veteran business owners.

Presenters will include Peter W Fong, Ge Pao Xiong, Robert Garcia, and Dr. Gary Salisbury.

Fong is currently the Deputy District Director serving Central California and Sacramento. Fong consults with businesses and community leaders to help create synergistic, financial, educational solutions for emerging and existing businesses.

Ge Pao Xiong is currently a Warrant Officer One assigned to the 1-140th Assault Helicopter Battalion, with duties as a Blackhawk pilot.

Sergeant First Class Pangia Xiong serves as the Senior Supply Sergeant at 1106th Theater Aviation Support Maintenance Group and has over 18 years of military service with the California Army National Guard.

Robert “Bob” Garcia is a member and past president of the Fresno Sunrise Rotary club, an active member of Central Valley SCORE, he is an Army veteran and a retired Executive Director of Cen Cal Business Finance Group.

Dr. Salisbury founded two consulting businesses and was senior VP of Business Development at a large Defense Contractor, a Brigadier General in the Air Force, and a SCORE mentor.

You’ll learn from these experts and answer your questions, receive advice on starting businesses, and discuss the challenges and opportunities of owning a business.
