In honor of National Hip Hop Month, join the Chicago Public Library for a discussion on Careers in Hip Hop. Explore how the foundational elements of hip-hop can empower the youth, create positivity in the community, and provide future career opportunities. Special Guest Speaker, Danta Williams will discuss Chicago’s hip-hop culture and provide information on, education, social justice, networking and music industry careers. Calling all Artisans, breakers, DJs, graffiti artists, MC’s, and teen entrepreneurs.

This event takes place on Zoom. Register at least 24 hours before the event. Only one registration per household is needed. You’ll receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom meeting about 24 hours before the meeting.
