Build Healthy Habits
Although your To-Do list may be long, don’t forget that your body needs the right foods for optimal performance. Avoid processed foods and choose healthy options instead.
Take it Easy
Work smart by giving your body self-care as needed. Try to take a break that doesn’t involve checking your email or social media. Don’t be afraid to put down your phone or step away from your laptop for 20 minutes and move around.
Avoid #Team No Sleep like the Plague
Those who don’t sleep are slow to think. It’s okay to take a couple of days off for household tasks and downtime. Think of your business journey as a marathon, not a sprint. Do your best each day, and pace yourself.
Stay Connected
If we’re honest, this journey can be isolating, and if you’re not careful, it can also lead to mental health challenges. You can fight this problem with virtual check-ins with colleagues and support teams. Don’t neglect your human need for connections for the sake of productivity.
Connect with a mentor
Do not be afraid to find a mentor to help you grow and develop your skills and ideas. There are leaders in your industry who would be happy to share what they’ve learned on their journey to success. Find a mentor and set clear goals for you both.
